TourGuide erroring when taking/completing quests #789

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Take or complete an Outlands quest that is not the one currently showing in
the TourGuide frame.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No errors. Instead, an error: TourGuide-Alpha\\QuestIDTracking.lua:68:

The error occurred a single time, did not repeat during the session.
But...it did reoccur later after relogging into a new session.

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?

Note that during the session, I did not switch the TourGuide guides to the
appropriate location and/or quests; was using a different web guide at the
time.

This is a very odd error... that code should only be executing on logout.
