All but Disenchant and Inscription Scrolls is unavailable (blank)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the panda UI.  As I click through the Enchanting screen menu with my 
enchanter only the Disenchant screen has anything in it.  All the other 
menu items (enchant cloak, etc.) are blank.

When I open the Panda UI with my Inscriptionist only the Scrolls menu 
displays anything.  All the others (milling, etc) are blank.

The UI thows the following error when I open it with my Inscriptionist:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the icons in the main window for the menu item I am on.  
Instead they are all blank except for the two listed above.

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?
v. 3.0.9.16-Beta  downloaded through Curse.com

What version of WoW are you using? - Wrath
Patch: 3.0.9 (9551)
Locale: US

Please provide any additional information below.

I have not been able to find any discussions or help guides that describe 
the issue and how it might be resolved.  Any help you can provide would be 
appreciated.
