Reformation belief granting yields incorrectly #8434

_3. Error description: Siam spread to me and reformed with Divine Teachings, yet I receive faith after expending a GP. Text states only the holy city is to receive yields.

Religion code was cleaned up, make a new issue if reproduced in next release
