I need to form Loporian Industries into an LLC.

I need to download the LLC Form, Print it, fill it out, get a Money Order for the State Filing Fee for the LLC, and mail it to the proper State Office to get my Official Company Formation Documents.

I'm not sure if I need to file for a DBA as well.

Research that.

  1. Savings Plan should be based on CashApp Investments with monthly Dividend Returns for reinvestment, not Banks. Stop using Banks. Banks should have been killed by President Andrew Jackson. Avoid.

  2. Save up for the Premium Package for forming an LLC on LegalZoom. I need a 3rd Party Registered Agent and all my Business Documents with nothing left out. Pay for it with a PayPal Debit Card.

  3. Save up $100 to put into selling my Novel on Amazon KDP Marketing Campaign Manager. 10 days at $10/day. That would double my money. Next month, repeat with $200. Do this for 12 Months and chart the Data. If it works, keep doing it. If it's a failed design, scrap it and try something else.

  4. If the design is a success, finish "War: A Legend of Wind" and add it to your Business Design. Scale. I have 5 Books total in this Novel Series, with 1 finished. War is Book 2. 5 Novels doubling profits, each, per month is going to be sufficient for any growth plan I may have.

The Registered Agent is important for keeping in contact with Government Agencies regarding Paperwork Responsibilities, but I'm also going to need a hired person to operate the Process of Business and Growth.

Use ChatGPT's Process-Flowchart Generator Extension to build that Process. The Employee running this should be a Virtual Assistant hired from Fiverr at the lowest possible rate. This is my Treasurer, paid at a Gig-Economy Rate.

My Business requires a Support System, and each member of that Support System should have at least one Process-Flowchart as a Workflow. You don't need to worry about that with your Registered Agent. That's a Prefabricated System with it's own Workflow.

Eventually, I'm adding Ghostwriters, Editors, and Cover Artists to this Support System. This includes my plans for the "Coin:Operated" Comic Book.
