Thank you for your feedback.

We have chosen to reject this as the PPP is different in the pdf format but when viewed online, is still the same and standardised.

It is mentioned on the CS2113T website (https://nus-cs2113-ay2122s1.github.io/website/admin/tp-deliverables.html#deliverable-project-portfolio-page-ppp) that the PPP will be evaluated using the PDF files during the PE. Using differing techniques will result in different PDF file formats and is considered a bug.

Moreover, as a tester, I am only given access to your pdf versions of the PPP, which are of different formats. The developers have acknowledged that the PPP is different in pdf format, and tried using to use the online version, which I believe is not taken into consideration for the PE, as a rebuttal. I believe that the mistake in pdf conversion which causes the difference in pdf format is a valid cosmetic bug. Hence, it should be considered a low severity documentation bug for the PE.
