Screwy Background Image in Savestate/SRAM menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile Genesis Plus GX using the new portlibs etc.
2. Run Genesis Plus GX
3. Go to the SRAM/Savestate Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The background was fine in previous versions. Now its all glitched up and 
looks screwy, and changes as I choose which area to select.

What version of the emulator are you using?
r367, or latest as of 5 November 09

Please provide any additional information below (video settings, console
region,...)
I suspect it may be something I've done in terms of compiling. I didn't 
get any errors but the new buisness with libpng and compiling has me 
suspicious.

Yes, I know about that.
Remember that the GUI is still work in progress and is subject to change, please
don't report issues about that until official version is released.
