librs232 / luars232 has a Unicode-bug under win32 which fails to open any COM-Port. I already submitted a working patch to ynezz.

Updated. I left the version on 1.0.3 to follow upstream. You can reinstall by removing the package and installing it again.

"luadist install librs232 -binary=false" is OK. However binary librs232.dll is still buggy. Shall I post mine [ gcc version 4.8.1 (tdm-2) ] ?

No I will re-generate it myself, thank you. The process will be automated in few weeks.
