Move shortcuts to a different menu than Preferences #90

I'd like to see Armitage shortcuts separated from other preferences.
Even though I frequently use Armitage, I don't memorize the shortcuts and all
the Ctrl + Key combos. I think it would be more convenient for end users to see
all shortcuts grouped in a single place, separated from other "Advanced"
preferences. Armitage > Shortcuts would be nice, without the "component" and
"type" columns.

As Armitage grows older, I see cortana as the main place to define/redefine
shortcuts. The existing shortcuts will stay in the preferences menu. I don't
plan to continue to add shortcut preferences.
