Create a spring managed OLAP4J connection manager. Our initial implementation should be a LucidDB connection factory which uses the same connection information as AdminWS datasource, username/password and uses the DynamicSchemaProcessor for LucidDB.

Initially, feel free to hardcode to FoodMart.xml.
