moved the "wiki" module to "commands" and updated the list with more commands
!help command is now split in two to help prevent huge embeds
commands now have several options to let us customise the responses a lot more
commands can have aliases - e.g. user types !prefix they will get the meta response
bot will respond if a command is not recognised
commands can defined as wiki: true which will give them the original style embed with the "read more" field, commands default to false and will say "link" above the URL
command fields can now display inline (next to each other) with inline: true
