Fixed "error accessing the registry" #3

Gave "ReadSubTree" and "ReadWriteSubTree" permissions for reading and writing to the registry in the OpenSubKey function. Also removed the escape characters () from the "Regedit" function as the "@" verbatim identifier was already present.
