Business description

Microservice that will be responsible for managing users and their devices.

Changing user's profile informations
Register / unregister devices
viewing user's personal data (connection to second datasource - fake swedish cloud in IBM cloud / swedish cloud)
viewing their sensor data (probably embedded grafana level).
editing of dissemination rules
deleting raw data
ability to see list of connected 3rd party apps
