Remove unnecessary arkenfox hook #576

According to the findings in https://github.com/LukeSmithxyz/voidrice/issues/1439 the hook is neither needed nor working.

This is a companion PR to https://github.com/LukeSmithxyz/voidrice/pull/1442, this one should be merged first to avoid broken LARBS deployments.
