Neruina killing Pillagers when they chase the player #716

Describe the Bug

When I approached a pillager camp, I started getting Neruina notifications informing me that they were being killed automatically due to being "ticking entities".

Reproduction Steps

I downloaded Medieval MC [FABRIC] - MMC2 v21 for 1.20.1 from ATLauncher I have 8 GB of RAM allocated I am using the preinstalled Java that comes with Minecraft (according to ATLauncher) I have not modified the modpack in any way
