Medieval MC refuses to respond after loading (Hanging?)

The game gets to the title screen but after that, nothing doing

Reproduction Steps

1. Load game from AT Launcher
2. Game loads to title screen
3. Not responding

I've followed the performance guide to the letter. I'm gonna assume it's just a PC thing and close this out, I've gotten this to work on another device
