Same problem here for my server, me and 3 of my friends get the same problem, then you have to set master volume to 0% and then 50% again, directional audio makes the sound take longer to disappear.

Also having this issue! Sound bugs out after 5-10 mins. reinstalling v22 fixed the problem.

Remove Merchant Makers mod, will fix in new update
