Black in, pycodestyle_magic out. Updates to lecture 4 #59

I removed the parts about pycodestyle_magic from the presentation and manual since it still seems broken. I added parts about Black to the presentation and manual. I restored the is_this_pep8.py file to its unblackend state. I checked the line profiler tool for Spyder. It has been updated and works now so I removed the warning in the presentation. I removed a few slides that were hidden and not used.
