Updates for the 2023 fall semester. Includes

updated teacher lists and title slides,
new data on the prevalence of Python,
a short section on the benefits of using a recent version of Python,
an introduction of Ruff,
an introduction of Git in the presentations,
a mention of pipenv as an alternative for virtual environments,
an update of the website.
