Rocker gesture doesn't respect right click setting #11

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select "enable rocker gestures"
  2. Unselect "enable right click"
  3. Do the rocker gesture for right click (left down, right down).

Quick context menu shows up, even tho it should not.
