I was wondering what's the purpose of blocking 3rd-party cookies in your extension, given that Firefox already offers this capability? I suppose I missed something, but maybe the documentation could be more explicit on this?
Convenience.. Quite a big part of this extension can be done with firefox itself. But it's very uncomfortable to do so. This extension is mostly done so it's less of a hassle.
White and Gray rules protect third party cookies. Not sure if firefox's exceptions apply to their third-party cookie blocking. But you wouldn't want to manage two different exception lists, would you?
