As a user I want to document ingredients and instructions so that I do not need to search for the recipe physically.

Description

Add two more inputs to the recipe form (ingredients and instructions).

AC

[x] When choosing "other" there are two additional fields where I can enter details for the recipe (ingredients and instructions).

Tasks

[x] create new branch
[x] extend form with two more input fields (origin "other") (add recipe and update recipe)
[x] make sure that the information can be displayed on the detail pages
