Use submodules #6

3 implementation

List of proposed changes:

Move copyrightcons to submodule
Move docs to submodule
Move third-party code to submodules (log4cplus, cryptopp, cppunit)
Move src content to the root folder

To fetch submodules:

git submodule init
git submodule update

Submodules are hosted here https://github.com/ivilink All ivilink developers are added to ivilink organization
