Can't install Stability Matrix on Windows Server 2022

What happened?

Can't install Stability Matrix on Windows Server 2022 - Access Denied with maximum Admin rights.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stability Matrix as Admin on windows server 2022. 2. Try to install Stability Matrix as an admin - "another copy of Stability is already running". 3. Try to install it without in normal mode - UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied. The server-side authentication level policy does not allow the user COWORKING\sa_paloalto SID (S-1-5-21-4197723860-669364371-475354881-8053) from address 10.22.50.14 to activate DCOM server. Please raise the activation authentication level at least to RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_INTEGRITY in client application.
