Description

We want to tell the PCU when to wake the BCU next time

What happens if we don't do it (aka Why is it important)?

no next backup will happen

Definition of Ready

[x] #8
[x] we know how to determine the time for the next backup (aka know the schedule)

Key Tasks

[x] send the current time to the PCU
[x] send the time for the next backup to the PCU

Acceptance Criteria

[x] we can read back both timestamps
