HVSC song length database not being read in linux x64 SIDConvert #2

E.g. C64Music/GAMES/G-L/Legacy_of_the_Ancients.sid

Configuring the ini to use either Songlengths.txt or Songlengths.md5 does not result in the lengths being read (at least for the above file from the same HVSC package from which the length database files were taken)
