Temp AWS credentials for user bucket should allow for get/put objects. #1126

The /api/members/self/awsAccess/workspaceBucket API endpoint works for listing users' bucket objects but not for writing or downloading to users' folders. Update this endpoint to support any s3 action within a bucket folder associated to users.
