Update retrieving of tags for MALES_Dataset1 #2

Currently, in MALES_dataset1, there is only 1 tag for n speckle patterns for minimizing storage space: tag file name = tag.csv associated speckle patterns 1,...,i,...,n file names = .csv

io.py functions should be adapted to apply this naming.

New naming maybe decided upon in near future (e.g. using a .tag extension with the same root...)

The tags for MALES_dataset1 can now be retrieved.

Before closing this issue we should store the data on /tudelft.net/staff-umbrella/MALES/ and confirm that it works for all the patterns.
