DG Use cases are just stating result of product and not interaction between user and product #9

The use cases are only showing actions performed by the product itself, but does not show interaction between user and the product. In this example, it would be to say that User requests to add a specific contact instead of Talent Manager requests to add a specific contact.

Such issue exists throughout the all use case section, which may not be acceptable

Team's Response

In this case, the Talent Manager is the user, hence, it is not really a bug. Our target user in our developer guide states that Talent Managers are the target user already.
