Custom Skater Support #106

This PR adds the ability to add custom skater meshes to the game, and have those meshes be texturable through the gear folder.

Updated character prefabs to have used new editor scripts to populate MaterialControllers and GearPrefabControllers.
Added characters asset bundle.
Reworking Skater to follow the new workflow and process.
This work will close #5.

Known issue:

96 also applies here.
