[Busana Melayu + Senjata Melayu] Make OptiFine CEM+CIT variants

Reason : To make it more customizable for video creation, where some actor(s) might prefer to wear/use the vanilla armor/weapon set instead of the custom ones

Idea

• The item icon and armor model should change to the custom one if the valid item is renamed to either it's English, Rumi or Jawi* name in an anvil (or via other means of changing the item name)

*= The Jawi name did not work at all when I tried to add them in, so it's either the English name or Rumi name

This pack will be available once it got approved on Modrinth, but this issue will not be closed yet as long as #1 is still in progress Also this version of the pack excludes the Jawi name, because I can't get it to work at all with CIT, oh well
