Add translation into Russian #50

Initial translation into Russian. Feel free to correct me if I localized something wrong! Also added translations for summary and description in ModMenu. You can test my work by installing this resource pack

Inspired by #48 which I initially wanted to fix, but fully rewrote in process (◕‿◕)

Yeah, almost each setting is translated with some kind of mistakes. I can comment them in details if you want, explaining the decisions I made to workaround some hard places.

This PR uses "fixed" translation keys, so I have to change them when #61 is merged.
