Host Workshop pages under mdanalysis.org

I enabled GitHub pages from the master branch and chose the minimalist theme. See https://www.mdanalysis.org/WorkshopHackathon2018/

I also added a link from https://www.mdanalysis.org/2018/08/24/numfocus-workshop/

@richardjgowers @micaela-matta @VOD555 @dotsdl I enabled GitHub pages with a minimalist theme – no time to get the MDAnalysis theme to work... Feel free to meddle. In any case, markdown files will be served nicely. Add links.
