Where is GCS? #45

Except for the APACHE tables (which only gives a single value), Glasgow coma scale doesn't appear to be recorded anywhere. Am I missing something, or is this in a table that's not released?

It's likely in nurseCharting, which is not yet available, but will be as soon as we are able.
