connection to batsi.mit.edu failed #55

Hi, all. I am replicating some experiments. e.g natl_box_adjoint,

  1. however the access to get some input files are refused. wget -nd -r -A"PH*" http://batsi.mit.edu/datasets/MITgcm_input_files/MITgcm/verification/natl_box_adjoint/input
  2. besides I do not get cvscommand, it says command not found when I do cvs co xxx
