move GM-GEOM new global-ocean test #69

This set of files were added by @mjlosch (in Oct 2023) in MITgcm branch: https://github.com/julianmak/MITgcm/tree/geometric as a secondary test to exp. global_ocean.90x40x15

Move the full set (including ref. output) here as a secondary test to exp. "global_ocean.gm_k3d". This allows to check that the new GEOM code can compile and run with #define GM_BATES_K3D

Can only be tested using PR https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/pull/674 code (and should not be merged before).

Going to merge this PR as counter part PR 674 got merged in.
