I could see putting Play 2 and Play 3 together. Perhaps even on top of another tank-targeted cooldown, such as Exaltation. I worry putting all of them on the same button would lead to dropping Play 1 on the tank more often than not. Buuuut I also know exactly where you're coming from in hating the card system, so I'm not as against this type of feature as I might otherwise be.
Including Draw doesn't prevent seeing Draw's cooldown, as long as Draw itself isn't what's being replaced (which was, admittedly, my first instinct for this, so good callout). If we replace, say, Play 1 instead, then you could simply put Draw somewhere else on your bar purely to serve as a cooldown indicator, and then hit either that button or Play (once all cards are expended) to Draw.
That said, it's worth noting that Play 2 and Play 3 really are mediocre at best. If you fail to use them, it's barely going to be noticeable in most cases. They can be quite useful on trash pulls on dungeons, as extra forms of tank durability, but they make so little difference on most boss pulls that they can effectively be ignored. I use them if I happen to think of them at a useful time, and otherwise concentrate exclusively on Play 1 and the Crown cards (and even then, I'll happily let a Lady go to waste if Draw comes up before I find a use for it). And since the entire model is basically holding your odd-minute DPS card for the even minute and using Play 1 -> Draw -> Play 1 to buff two DPS aligned with Divination, that basically means Draw is something you only think about once a minute, and Play something you only really think about once every two minutes.
I do think plugins like MOAction or ReAction fit this request better.
Sorry, perhaps I phrased it wrong, I don't want all the plays on a single press, just on one button, so you can press it five times to draw play all your cards. ReAction is a little too much automatization even for me.
Ya, I don't see this as really being out of scope for what XIV-C handles. The request isn't to automate targeting or use multiple actions per key press. This is more akin to the Song Cycle feature for Bard, or the Healthy Balanced Diet feature for Warrior, automating the sequencing of actions commonly used together or in a specific sequence, with each key press using the next action in the sequence and using whatever the heck default targeting for it is.

Okay, hear me out. This is absolutely the most baby, braindead, suboptimal feature of all time.
HOWEVER. As someone who despises Healer button bloat, I think putting all 4 plays on one button would make a solid Secret feature. Statistically 99% of the time Play 2 and 3 are going on the tank, which means the only play you actually have to press with thought is the first one that boosts damage, given Crown Play doesn't require a target. I also considered suggesting including Draw in the combo, however I think it's important for the Draw cooldown to be visible, though then again you can just mash out the buffs in a 60 second timeframe relatively easily and I think an alternate feature that includes Draw could be considered within reason.
DEFINITELY add a blurb that says this feature is suboptimal if this is considered, though.
