[PCT] Add option to combine RGB and CMYK combo #1

Hey there – first of all, love the idea of this plugin, especially for Pictomancer. Thank you for your work on it.

I was wondering if you might consider adding an option to combine the RGB and CMYK combos, similar to XIVCombo's (and XIVComboExpanded's) "Additive to Subtractive Combo" option. I realize that would be contrary to the idea of this plugin, but sadly I haven't found a way to replicate this kind of behaviour with any other XIVCombo derivative.

Essentially, I'd ideally like to split Pictomancer's 123 combo into 3 separate buttons – like this plugin does – but then turn those 3 buttons into the equivalent buttons for the subtractive combo when you use Subtractive Palette.

Currently I'm using XIVComboExpanded to more or less imitate this behaviour by enabling "Additive to Subtractive Combo" and simply putting the button for the combo on my hotbar three times. But that way, while I can hit 1-2-3 in order, I could also just hit 1-1-1, or any other variation thereof. I'd ideally like to be punished for hitting the "wrong" button.

Hi!

XIVUncombo isn't meant to be used in combination with XIVCombo, although I can understand you'd like it to, because XIVUncombo cancels XIVCombo's features (whatever version you have of it).

You'd probably need to ask the XIVCombo dev to implement a specifically compatible version of said combo for that feature instead if they're willing to do it.

I honestly don't understand the point of splitting the RGB combo into separate buttons (but still quite mutually exclusive, since you cannot break the combo like you can normal 1-2-3 combos), but then wanting to avoid the hotbar bloat of the CMYK combo.
