• GitHub Actions workflows for running tests, integrating DVC, code checks, and Docker image builds.
• integrate DVC to track and manage data and models
• Pre-commit hooks configurations and documentation.

I believe the pre-commit hook will include mypy, deprecating the github action for mypy. The ruff github action will stay, and we will add a ruff precommit hook

DVC integration is set, waiting on confirmation from professor on exactly what the github action should do
