unable to remove members of a shake #701

Describe the bug Attempting to edit members of a shake fails

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://mltshp.com/shake/YOURSHAKE/members'
  2. Click on 'Remove from Shake'
  3. Page refreshes, Member is not removed

Expected behavior I expect to see the removed member removed from the shake
