allesfitter is a convenient wrapper around the packages ellc (light curve and RV models), dynesty (static and dynamic nested sampling) emcee (Markov Chain Monte Carlo sampling) and celerite (Gaussian Process models).
Lightcurve detrending against roll angle and other parameters for CHEOPS is currently feasible by adding a fourth column to each data file (the "custom_series") and adding the row "baseline_flux_CHEOPS_against,custom_series" to settings.csv. However, there are several hidden caveats with it.
The goal is to implement a smoother and more user-friendly version of this, tailored towards CHEOPS.
