allesfitter is a convenient wrapper around the packages ellc (light curve and RV models), dynesty (static and dynamic nested sampling) emcee (Markov Chain Monte Carlo sampling) and celerite (Gaussian Process models).
Running GUI tutorial on Allesfitter 1.2.10 (with all dependencies including corner 2.2.2) and Leonardo.csv + settings+params files the Results folder part populates with only the following :
2 log files
ns_fit_per_transit_Leonardo_b_3th.pdf
save_ns.pickle.gz
Any fix suggestions appreciated. Thank you. One log file seems incomplete:
