MIXELM > 0 not working when using MF6-generated linker files #68

Issue #67 identified another bug that manifested when using MIXELM > 0 with MF6-generated linker files. The bug caused the model to crash in SSM1FM() when the src code attempted to look for the IRCH array, which doesn't exist in MF6-generated linker files.
