there are different versions of the frameworks
the new metadata format can store this information! -> maybe required attribute in the future...
add version information at least in the config and add it to the metadata

resolved, further notes: educationalFramework may be converted into an object in the future -> name and version in the required educationalFramework attribute -> keep in mind
