Remove a link to a file that does not exist. #138

On my system, this points at /usr/share/automake-1.15/test-driver but there is no such file. As such, whatever this was meant to do, it cannot possibly work...

@rekado please take a look at this. I don't understand how/why this was supposed to work; we'd previously argued about this on #76 and #80, and it still remains an open issue.

It's fine to remove this as many of the build system files are generated from scratch with autoreconf -vif (i.e. the build system bootstrap step).
