@Habush I noticed the following issues with this PR:

proteins of some covid-19 genes are not a member of node ncbi:2697049
With Include SARS-CoV-2 button switched off, I still get covid genes in the output (Tried to annotate gene PMPCB )

Merging this PR, it is holding to do other updates as it has a lot of changes. @Habush you can fix the above issues with a new PR.
