或者可不可以提供一个开关来控制这个提示，其实我更希望别人看到一个样式完全错乱的网站而不是升级提示

更新主题后，可以选择是否开启和指定要跳转的链接

更新了下主题，低版本IE 测试正常，可以看到布局混乱的页面
