Variable relhum in MPAS-A #1130

Variable relhum is different when I select printing out diag file and none in the streams.atmosphere file, so I wonder if the relhum is different for the two cases. On the other word, I print out diag file and none, whether these two different choices affect the relhum results.

streams.atmosphere `<stream name="diagnostics" type="output" filenametemplate="diag.$Y-$M-$D$h.$m.$s.nc" output_interval="none" >

` When I select the above two settings, the relhum in restart file I get at the same moment are different.
