When creating the documentation for a new upload, I have tried to include a table using the 'Insert Table' button within the "Description" field. The table will initially appear and behave as one would expect. However, once a draft is saved or the form is previewed, the contents of the table are rendered without any divisions. When returning to the draft, the former table is a cluster of concatenated text.
