change rdm so that RDM admin user can see drafts in search (currently only way to view it in the UI is to have a direct link)

maybe instead get a link to an ES endpoint like https://data.local.msdlive.org/api/user/records?q=&sort=updated-desc&page=1&size=10

and let us RDM admins view drafts via links from that json elements
