Make atoms draggable during energy minimization. And MD sim? #32

The former is supported in by the Samson software and really nice to play with. It might be challenging to implement though depending on the software stack. Why would this be helpful? · Intuitively exploring local energy minima of multi-stable systems at 0K (energy minimization) and above (MD sim) · Hugely adding to the gamification fun. It's a nice feature and one which we will probably want to have when we will focus on the gamification, thank you for the idea!
